Daniel and Anna met while attending the University of Alabama. Anna, a Tri Delt, and Daniel, a ZBT, often ran in the same social circle. So, it wasn’t a surprise when they both found themselves at a pregame together in 2018. Anna remembers that there was no possible way she could have “missed” Daniel out of the crowd that night, since he was often the loudest in the room and always made himself VERY known! Although their personalities may have been very different, they found themselves inseparable just days after meeting one another.

When looking back at their time attending Alabama University, it’s no surprise their favorite memory is adopting their best friend, Donald. Daniel and Anna raised nearly $2,000 to help cure him of heart worm since they were broke college students. Anna can remember at one point when Daniel thought it would be a good idea to give Donald away to a big farm somewhere in Alabama, to have a better life. Anna adamantly told him, “If he goes, I go!”. I think Daniel got the message! Together Anna and Daniel have had the pleasure of taking care of Donald for the past 7 years. Moving together as a new family from Alabama to South Carolina to now where they live in their first home purchased together in Mint Hill, North Carolina.

Daniel and Anna have experienced many highs in their relationship. They brought together two different cultures and families residing on different sides of the country. On May 18, 2024, they got engaged in a beautiful vineyard surrounded by loved ones. They have created incredible moments and experiences throughout stages of life together.
