We met at the University of Hartford in 2016, both engineering students, but our paths never really crossed. We were focused on our own work, always in separate worlds, coming together only after school hours. But somehow, we found each other.

The day I fell in love was the day you took me to Deep River Landing. The quiet, peaceful moment by the water made me realize how much you meant to me. But for you, it was that Memorial Day in 2016 — the day I slept in the Winnebago. That was the day you first asked me to be your girlfriend, and everything changed.

We became inseparable, and after graduation, we took on more complicated challenges together. We traveled the world, built a life, and now we share a home with our beautiful Great Dane baby. Through every step, every adventure, and even through the toughest moments, we’ve always had each other.
