Feel free to look at other options. We have decided Barcelo Maya palace. It' will be the next one nearby from the venue . Which its about 7 minutes away.
We're not doing any blocked rooms. We wanted to give everyone an opportunity to book it on their own! If you would like to stay where we will be. It will be under hotel recommendation :)
Again, We will be staying at Barcelo Maya Palace from March 31st- April 5th.
Important INFORMATION you all must know
Not a Q+ A but when traveling, it will be the weekend of Easter & we believe spring break too! If you're looking to go to Mass, there's not a lot of big churches you'll find in Mexico They are much smaller! Biggest one will be north of Cancun international airport. So from the venue to the church is about 1 hour 45 minute drive. Please keep that in mind. Also keep in mind, it's Easter weekend so Cancun will be busy!
When do we need to RSVP by?
We would like everyone to RSVP asap but No later than DECEMBER 10TH, 2026, PLEASE! Thanks :)
What happens if I don't RSVP on time?
If we somehow don't get a response by DECEMBER 10TH, 2025, we will mark you as not coming. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue or in the time frame they have provided us and unfortunately cannot accept a late RSVP's. We hope you understand.

The venue is in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. 2 airports you can fly into, which is Cancun international airport or Tulum airport Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
Anyways, the wedding ceremony and reception is south of Cancun. Roughly about a 1hr 26 min drive from Cancun international airport :) So in between Playa del Carmen & Tulum. Blue Venado Seaside is a private venue and not at any resort in case you all are wondering.
Hopefully this didn't confuse anyone at all.
How do we get to the ceremony & Venue from the resort?
We will provide transportation to & from the venue but that's if guest decided to stay at the same resort as the us which is Barcelo Maya Palace . More details will come soon, so please check the website often for more further information.
If you guys happen to be staying at the same resort as us. Please notify us so we can get an accurate number on how many people. So they can give us a quote :) thanks!!
If you prefer your own, there's many company's available to go with. We would recommend calling around for quotes.
How's the weather going to be in April, so I can prepare myself?
Google says it should be a bit warm during the day but in the evening shall be beautiful with a breeze. Can't tell you because we never been to Mexico. LOL. A heads up, it might be HOT humid during the day and breezy at night or just beautiful! lol won't know until we get there
Is there a dress code?
We'd love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our BIG DAY, so semi formal wear if possible! For the gentlemen's may include jacket and tie or traditional suite. A tux is not required. Please NO no floral tops or jeans. Thanks! For women, floor length or midi length dress. Please no jeans, mini dress, Traditional dress this applies to Áo Dài or Laotian national costume sorry in advance :) & sneakers. We also ask ladies to avoid white, ivory, beige, PLEASE & Thanks! For children, same thing applies as the guys & gals! Semi formal or formal. Just kidding, LOL as long they look cute & ready for some group pictures!!

Can I bring a date?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any question, please don't be afraid to reach out.
How long is the event?
4: 00 PM - 1:00 AM
PREPARE TO PARTY!!
We will have open shuttle with 3 different time slot for the ones who wanna hit the sheets early or don't want to get caught up with some wild guest that decides to stay behind. LOL
Transportation is covered by the Bride & Groom! If any guest would like to get there own, feel free too. Just wanted to add this little information so you all have it :)
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 3:30-3:45 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Will the wedding be outdoors?
Yes! Ceremony will be on the beach overlooking the ocean. Reception will be under the Palapa. If somehow it does rain in the evening then the ceremony will be moved to the Palapa.
What happens after the cermony?
Afterward guest will help themself to beverages & hors' doeuvres " finger food"during a cocktail hour.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course! The drinks is on us, and hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate & Please drink responsibly :)
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten -free or special diet options?
We will accommodate the ones that need special dietary restrictions. If you have any concerns or questions, please dont hesitate to contact Anna.
Is there a wedding registry?
We decided to not have one. Having you guys attend this special week is more than enough! 🤍
