The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, outdoors in front of The Madison barn. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to get to the ceremony space and find a comfortable seat.

Yes, there will be a shuttle service provided to and from the hotels for your convenience. The shuttle will be picking guests up at the La Quinta Inn & Suites at 2:50pm and at the Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel at 3:00pm to arrive at The Madison before the ceremony. The shuttle will be running from The Madison to both hotels pickup times at The Madison are 9:00pm, 10:30pm, and 11:45pm.

Because we have many guests and limited parking at the venue, we highly encourage carpooling or using the shuttle services from the hotels. For those leaving their car and taking the shuttle after the reception, cars will need to be removed from the venue by 8:00am the next morning. If the venue parking fills up, there’s additional parking available at Lamar Fields Baseball Park (7025 Lamar Ave S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016), just a 5-minute walk from the ceremony. Please do not park on the road, as vehicles parked there will be towed. Thank you for your understanding!

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep the ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Please RSVP by August 8th so we can finalize our plans and provide an accurate guest count to our vendors. Your response is really important and helps us make the day as smooth and special as possible—thank you!

The dress code is semi-formal—polished and put-together, but comfortable enough for a fun celebration. We also recommend comfortable shoes for dancing later in the evening. Since the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on grass, dressing with the season and setting in mind will help you feel your best. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’ll have an open bar during cocktail hour after the ceremony. Following that, drinks will be available for purchase, so please bring cash or a credit card if you’d like to enjoy more.
