Jeremy and Anna met at Purdue University, their freshman year in 2013. While, like most great love stories, they both have different stories of how and when they first met.

Anna believes they met before classes started at the Computer and Information Technology introduction meeting.

Jeremy believes it was in November, in the McCutcheon Computer Lab, when Anna was called him to help others with lab.

The latter was the beginning of the story, when once Anna left, Jeremy turned to his friend and said "I'm going to date that girl."

After texting through winter break, Jeremy asked Anna out the week back for second semester, almost slipping on ice to catch up to her walking. Their first date was Anna's dream - Noodles and Company and Dairy Queen.

After 9 years of long distance, trials and tribulations, a moody cat and spicy dog, Jeremy proposed to Anna in the spirit of her 2 favorite things: Christmas + England, at the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.
