Brian and I met at UNI where we (obviously) had waayyy tooo much fun. If you ask us how we actually met, you would get two different answers. We both remember meeting someone before our first athletic training meeting, but I SWEAR it wasn't Brian - it was some Bieber looking dude with blonde hair. But he has convinced me otherwise with telling me exactly the conversation we had. Our whole first year at UNI we had met/seen each other throughout classes and pick-up soccer. Brian's convinced that I didn't actually remember him until he took his shirt off at soccer one time (he may be right ;) ).

One of the first times I have ventured to the big bad east side of the state. We jumped off bridges or something - I guess it was kind-of fun.

Brian finally made his way to the west side of Iowa to come meet my family and friends from the dirty-Sioux. We went to the ice cream capitol of the world, sat on top of the roof and star gazed, and Brian beat RachhConnn in FIFA (sorry Rachee).

Our first real holiday together (can you guess what it was? lol) Brian let it slip that night that he loved me and from then on out I had him wrapped around my finger ;)

OUR FIRST TRIP TO LAMBEAU FIELD! This was an AMAZING trip that was so spontaneous!! We literally arrived to the field as the national anthem was playing. We kicked the crap out of the ?cheifs? (does it matter who it was...we won) and IIIIII, ANNA FREAKING LOCKLING, GOT BRIAN'S RANDALL COBB JERSEY SIGNED after he had the best game he had ever had.. I'm kind-of cool, I know :)

We continued going to school for athletic training and getting to know each other better. Learning how Brian always likes to know a lot of stuff and be right and how Anna always wants to do fun stuff instead of studying.

We start our travelling together with studying abroad in ITALY. What a place to go first together, huh?! We found our travel buddies for life and ever since this trip we just can't stop exploring!

A couple years pass and we can finally say, WE MADE IT! We graduate from college with our Bachelors degree in Athletic Training. Brian decides to go to PT school at the University of Iowa and I continue my education at Kirkwood for my Physical Therapist Assistant degree.

I told you we can't stop travelin'. After graduation, we went on a trip to IRELAND with the Allsups. I swore Brian was going to propose to me over this trip but BOY was I wrong. He had other plans (apparently 3 years later).

Brian and I move in together and become roomies for the first time in Iowa City, IA. Now we cheer on both the Cats and the Hawks!

Brian and I had always talked about how we wanted to get a dog together. We had to move to a different apartment and change our life up a bit, but we made it happen for our sweet boy, Lambeau! He has been one of the biggest blessings and best decision as a couple, he has brought us so much joy :)

Another one..packer game that is. That makes our ?4th? game together. At this point it is not a want...it's a necessity! One of our favorite yearly traditions is going to a game at Lambeau feild.

More travelling to break up the boring study life that Brian and I had committed to with school.

Can't forget about endless doggy play dates and dog park dates that has been happening about every other day lol

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND MOVED TO WILLIAMSBURG! Permanent roomies for life :) Lucky for him, I'm a pretty good cook. Lucky for me, he's pretty good at all the lawn and home fixin' uppin'.

Brian (without me knowing) had been looking at rings for weeks! We have always taken our relationship seriously and knew we wanted to be together, but Brian just couldn't decide on the ring to do it with! He told me later that he had been to the ring store 3 separate times to try to find "the right one". As one of our favorite yearly traditions, it was only fitting that he do the deed at one of our favorite spots together. With the help of Rachel and Jacob Eslick, he was able to perform the proposal of a lifetime (even though he had to get my attention from posing for a picture to looking at him :) ). FINNNALLLYYY we are engaged, a little after 6 years of being together and now we can call each other FIANCE <3

Next on the TO DO list : GET MARRIED AUG 26, 2023!!! Can't wait to see you all there!!
