- Hillsboro Farmers Market: Every Saturday in the summer! stroll around Saturday before the wedding and get some breakfast, food, art, etc
-Beaverton Farmers Market: Also every Saturday in the summer and close to the Beaverton Hotels! Stroll around Saturday before the wedding and get some breakfast, food, art, etc.
-Hillsboro Downtown Station: Oregon is known for its food trucks- try some out at the Hillboro Downtown Station
-Swagat Indian Cuisine: a great Indian restaurant in Hillsboro EJ and I frequent!
-ViVi's Vietnamese Noodle House: Our favorite Pho spot in Hillsboro!
-Twisted Gyros: a great Gyro spot in Hillsboro- ranked #2 on Yelp's top 100 places to eat in the US!

-Crossroads- upscale secondhand clothing shop

Portland/ Beaverton/ Hillsboro area:
Forest Park: numerous walking/running trails ( Washington park is our favorite!)
-Oregon Zoo
-Chehalem Ridge: pretty walking/running trails close to venue
Tualitin Hills Nature Park: various walking/running trails close to Beaverton hotels
U-pick berry/produce farms: There are several U-pick farms in the area! Check out the local produce and grab some tasty food :)
Oregon Coast:
Cannon Beach: Iconic Oregon beach town with great views- where Haystack rock is located
Rockaway Beach: cute beach town, be sure to visit Tillamook Creamery on your way!
Astoria: cool town at the mouth of the Columbia river
Cape Lookout: More secluded, beach access, great views
-Mount Hood: visit Mount Hood for some scenic views and hiking, or get a bite to eat at the famous Timberline Lodge
- The Gorge: There are numerous waterfalls/ hiking trails here. It is also a very scenic drive
-Drive down the beautiful 101 highway along Oregon's coast
