Where are you getting married? Is it all at one venue?

We are getting married at our favorite place in the world - Northern Minnesota! The venue is the historic Northern Pacific Center campus in Brainerd, Minnesota - transformed from an old-time, functioning train depot to beautiful wedding venue. The religious ceremony will be located in the “Two South” building. You will notice the aisle Anna is walking down is actually the old train track! The reception will be in the “Blacksmith Main” building. This used to be the blacksmith shop on-site. This building is fully air-conditioned and has ada-accessible bathrooms for our guests.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there are plenty of spaces to park your car overnight at the Northern Pacific Center. Reminder that we have transportation arranged at the end of the night to all blocked hotels/resorts.

What’s up with this Friday wedding thing?

First off, have you ever met our families? They love to chat, drink, and party! After realizing a traditional wedding day would only allow us a few hours with our loved ones, we decided to say “I Do” on Friday evening and extend the celebrations to Saturday. We can’t wait to spend the weekend with all of our favorite people (cough cough, that’s YOU) making memories to last a lifetime!

What if I can only attend on Friday?

Although we are keeping the party going all weekend and would LOVE to celebrate with you all, we understand if you need to boogie out early. We just ask that you please RSVP for any event you will be attending over the weekend.

Is transportation provided on wedding day?

Transportation has been arranged both to and from the Northern Pacific Center for our guests on wedding day. The shuttle will depart Cragun's Resort at 4:00pm and depart the blocked hotels at 4:15pm to be dropped off at our 4:30pm Welcome Social prior to ceremony. The returning shuttles will depart the wedding venue at 10:30pm and 12:00am. The shuttle will exclusively run from the arranged wedding block hotels/resorts and the wedding venue.

Are children invited?

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those in our ceremony. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date and/or plus one?

Your formal paper invite will be made out to “Your Name & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. In addition, you will also see an additional line for a plus one when you RSVP on our website. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress-code?

Dress code is cocktail formal attire - we’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Ladies encouraged to wear midi or floor-length dresses, a skirt and blouse, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen please wear suits, slacks and button down shirts, or sets. Please no jeans or sneakers.

Where do I stay?

We have three hotels and resorts blocked so you can choose your stay according to your needs. Detailed information is located in the “Accommodations” tab. Please note, we are having our wedding in a premier summer vacation spot in northern Minnesota. We highly recommend getting your stay booked as soon as possible to ensure you can party with us all weekend!

Can I take photos + videos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony with no phones or cameras until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I Do.” After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you like!

Is there a gift registry? How can I contribute to the honeymoon fund?

We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Crate and Barrel. You can access our registry and honeymoon fund via the registry tab on the wedding website. You are also welcome to bring any gifts and/or cards to the wedding reception.

How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will also include the direct RSVP link on the virtual save-the-date as well as the paper invite.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify either Anna or Steven as soon as possible.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

If you do not RSVP by June 12, 2026 at the latest, you will be marked as “not attending.” We will miss you as there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations made for you. We must provide an exact guest count to vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for planning ahead!
