Anna and Hayden's story is one in which God's hand continues to be so evidently over and one that they will cherish forever. Anna and Hayden started dating in the summer leading up to their freshman year of high school. They shared an interest in sports as Anna played on the varsity women's soccer team and Hayden was the starting kicker for the varsity football team. Together they attended all homecoming and prom dances throughout high school. They also embarked on a high school trip traveling through Europe. Hayden and Anna continued to date throughout college. Hayden wanted to further his education and football career at Wingate University while Anna decided to go to Georgia College to pursue a nursing degree. In the spring of 2022, Hayden transferred to Western Carolina University to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After four years of college, Anna graduated from Georgia College with a bachelor's degree of Science in Nursing. Anna returned to our hometown of Jefferson, Georgia where she is now an emergency room nurse at Piedmont Athens Regional. Hayden continues his education and will graduate in the spring of 2025 with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. By the grace of God, Anna and Hayden have been together for a total of 9 years and many years to come!
