The ceremony will begin at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We suggest you arrive no later than 2:45.

Cocktail attire. We would love to see our guests dress up! Please note that our venue is on the grass. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable.

Yes, directly across the street from Josia's River Farm is a small grass lot to offer parking to guests who may be driving themselves. However, we are excited to offer our guests a scenic trolley ride to and from our venue.

Transportation will be provided by the York Trolley Company from both hotels listed on the wedding website only. The Trolley will make a single stop at both hotels and bring them to Josia's River Farm. Transportation will give guests ample time to get a good seat and the times will be provided to guests as we get closer to the big day. Guests staying at either hotel will also be provided transportation back at the conclusion of the reception. In the event that you miss the trolley, the hotels are only a short drive to the venue. Anchorage By the Sea pick up/drop off at the rear of the Towers building on the opposite side of Shore Rd from the office/reception area. Meadowmere pick up at the office area.

Your invitation will state if you are given a plus one. Unfortunately, due to limited space at our venue we can not accommodate your request.

Our wedding will be adults only at this time. We encourage you to enjoy yourselves and consider it a date night!

Unfortunately, our venue does not offer any onsite accommodations for guests. However, we have two room blocks available for guests to come and stay and enjoy our wedding. Both Hotels are located in Ogunquit and are only a few minutes away from our venue. We will be offering transportation for guests to and from the wedding from these two hotels. Check the travel tab for information on how to book. There are a variety of hotels and airbnb's in the area if guests choose not to use the available blocks.

If guests are planning on staying at The Anchorage by the Sea or the Meadowmere hotel, guests will need to call and make a reservation over the phone and mention the Moran/Barry wedding in order to receive a discount on the room. Please not online reservations will not receive the discount and the bride and groom are unable to change your reservations on your behalf.

The hotel has assured us that they will do their best to have the rooms ready as early as possible! However, they cannot guarantee an early check in. They will hold bags at the desk for you to collect after the reception. Feel free to join us the night before if you want to beat the rush!
