Their story began in 2017 when Anna's first college friend and Chantz's sister, Shea Henry, invited Anna home for the weekend. Before heading back to Auburn, Shea asked if her little brother could join them for lunch at Baumhower's. Little did Anna know, that little brother would be her future husband.

Fast forward 3 years. Chantz and Anna were both hanging out with their friends one weekend in Auburn. Shea invited her brother and his friend to join them. This was the first time Anna viewed Chantz as more than Shea's "little brother". Meanwhile, Chantz was thinking "I've got to get her number".

They were in different phases of life. With Anna being newly post-grad, and Chantz still in school playing baseball, they kept in touch as friends.

This was until Anna went with Shea as her plus one to the 2021 Iron Bowl. Chantz and Anna sat rows apart and kept looking at one another. They both wanted to talk to each other, but they didn't know how to go about "the best friends brother". It wasn't until February of 2022 when Chantz finally reached out and asked her on a date.

They had so much fun going on date nights in Birmingham, Auburn and Montgomery, having golf dates, traveling for weddings, traveling to visit family, and spending as much time as possible with one another. Less than a year and a half later, Chantz proposed to Anna at their favorite restaurant, Botanic!

They are looking forward to starting their life together as husband and wife, and cannot wait to celebrate with you all on June 22, 2024!
