Please arrive by 5:00PM CST to give yourself time to walk to the ceremony site and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM CST. Late attendees will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded. Thank you for your understanding.

The ceremony will take place at Cheekwood Estate and Gardens at the Wills Perennial Garden. Located southwest of the mansion, we will have signs and staff directing you to the ceremony location.

The cocktail hour and reception will also take place at Cheekwood Estate and Gardens at the Frist Learning Center. Located southeast of the mansion. We will have signs and staff directing you to the reception location.

The attire for the wedding is semi-formal garden party. We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting for our guests to wear semi-formal dresses or suits. This is a great opportunity to have fun with colors and floral prints! We can’t wait to see how amazing you all will look.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “Your Name & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding.

We love your children; however, due to limited capacity children are not invited unless specifically done so on your invitation. It will be addressed “The (Your Last Name) Family” if your children have been invited. “Mr. & Mrs.” If only you and your significant other have been invited.

Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP “Will NOT Attend.” We understand life can be unpredictable, so if you have already RSVP’d that you WILL be attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Anna (209)380-0097 as soon as your plans change as we must provide vendors with our final counts prior to the wedding.

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly as Cheekwood has the right to refuse service to anyone they feel has partied a little too hard.

Please turn your phones off and remain unplugged for our ceremony. We have hired the amazing Nikki and McCall Ryan for our photos and video and would love you all to be present with us at the ceremony! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the start of the rest of our lives.

Please refrain from wearing the following: The color white or colors resembling white, jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops. When selecting shoes please be aware that the ceremony will be on grass so block or wedge heels may be preferred.

Welcome to Tennessee! For all of you out-of-towners, the weather here can be unpredictable. We are praying for sunny and 75, but we are not God, so please plan accordingly. Our ceremony and reception are outside so please bring some layers so you can stay warm and party all night…well at least until 11:00PM.

NO smoking or vaping of any type is allowed at the venue or on the grounds at Cheekwood Estate and Gardens. If you do need to smoke you must exit Cheekwood entirely and go past the gates to the exterior parking lot (~15 minute walk from venue). Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vapes or e-cigarettes, cigars, & marijuana. Friendly reminder that marijuana is ILLEGAL in the state of Tennessee.

You will surely be missed! If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we provide, it will be marked “NOT attending”. We have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors by specific deadlines set by them and thus cannot accommodate those who do not RSVP or do so late. Thank you for your understanding.
