Our Wedding

Our story began at a Swing Dancing class in fall of 2006. We'd both taken a couple of beginner's courses at separate times earlier in 2006, and finally met the first night of an intermediate course that October. Over the next few months in class we got to know each other better and became friends. Early in 2007 we became regular dance partners, in preparation for a small local dance competition at the grand reopening of the Historic USO&nbsp;Building in Ridgecrest CA. After hours of daily practice for weeks, we did not win more than eachother's friendship.

And 5, 6, 7, 8....

After immense personal loss, years of friendship, dance partnership and, business partnership, we'd added a new level of partnership. We'd fallen in love and become a couple. Never being one to rush into things (or realize how much time has passed), Chris finally proposed on Christmas Eve 2018.
