Annabel and Simon met as coworkers at the St. Cloud, MN YMCA in 2016. Albeit they were not coworkers for long, they stayed in touch throughout the years as friends. Years later, on one cold Minnesota evening, Simon runs into Annabel's mom and stepdad, Julie and Aaron, at their local bar and starts chatting for awhile. Julie mentions that Annabel is single and that he should try to contact her. Well, Annabel beat Simon to the punch and texts him a few days later. Conveniently, Annabel was going to be coming home to Minnesota for Christmas just a few weeks later, where Simon still lived. They planned to go Go-Karting, as friends, and just catch up. Well, on Christmas eve, after Simon had just got done working a 36 hour shift at Andy's Towing, he went over to Annabel's moms house for some Christmas cookies and they have been inseparable ever since. They started dating a week later, doing long distance from Minnesota to Vegas for 7 months until Simon moved to Vegas. Now, they are ready to say "I Do" with all of you.
