Our story opens on two individuals attending college at Texas A&M in 2019. Some people would say Joseph and Annabelle met in the banana section of HEB, while others may say that they met on tinder. Honestly, who’s to know the true origin of their meeting?

March of 2020 they spent spring break traveling to 4 national parks. This experience led them to planning vacations around which parks they would visit. Since then they have made it to 14/63 parks. They even have a very cool, super unique, travel account @thecowboyandtheaccountant (shameless plug).

Since 2021, Joseph and Annabelle have experienced life in two different states. Joseph spends his days with his head (and body) in the clouds over Oklahoma and Annabelle spends her days working as a CPA in Texas. Despite the distance, they have learned to ski, celebrated SO MANY weddings, spent time in Ireland and Italy, and somehow made time to meet in middle.
