Annabelle & Ryan

Saturday, September 21, 2024 • East Aurora, NY

Are children invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible & RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking all phones & other devices be put away & on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want & we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

Can I bring a guest/date?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. When you search for your invitation to RSVP, your invitation will be made to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors but during the cocktail hour and dancing the outdoor patio will be open with some fun backyard games!

What time should I arrive?

The doors will shut and the ceremony will be started promptly at 3:30pm. Guests will not be allowed into the ceremony after it has started. Please arrive at the latest 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. There will be cider & donuts for all our guests to enjoy before the ceremony is started!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 10th.

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “not attending”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue & vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP’s, we hope that you understand!

Where should I stay if I’m from out-of-town?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you & we appreciate you coming all this way for our big day! We decided not to do room blocks for our wedding, however, in the travel section you can find some great hotel options for your stay! We encourage you to book your stay as soon as possible as September is a busy time for WNY!

Why aren't there any gifts on your registry?

Instead of gifts for our wedding, we have decided to do a cash fund only for our First Home!
