1.) Michael & AnnaGrace went to Lorenzo's Restaurant on their first date AND on the day he proposed to her. He took her to 6 different places on the day he proposed, giving her a rose at each special location. The actual proposal happened on her front porch, on her grandfather Duke's birthday, with family & friends waiting inside to congratulate the happy couple.

2.) Michael is from Virginia (moved to the Lou in the summer of 2023 while AnnaGrace was out of the country). He constantly makes jokes about the East Coast being superior to the Midwest, but he does really love St. Louis and considers it "home" now.

3.) AnnaGrace was born in North Carolina, but has lived in St. Louis since she was one month old---Michael, of course, often reminds her that they were BOTH born in the Upper South.

4.) Michael despises St. Louis Imo's pizza and is terrified of Provel cheese. (He is mercilessly teased about this by AnnaGrace's family). Thankfully, he adores the St. Louis Arch ...and AnnaGrace...not necessarily in that order!

5.) Michael went to see the Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie with AnnaGrace, Elizabeth, & their mom- - and knew almost every lyric to Taylor Swift's songs. (He may or may not have done EXTENSIVE preparation prior.) He claims to be the biggest Swiftie in the Dunsford-Conway Clan. AnnaGrace & Elizabeth vehemently refute his claim to this day.

6.) Michael's favorite song comes from his favorite movie, "Moana." It's called "You're Welcome" and, yes, he knows every single lyric and will happily sing it anytime.

7.) AnnaGrace & Michael hope to adopt a cat someday. (That's kind of a necessity for AnnaGrace) : )

8.) AnnaGrace's favorite treat is Chocolate Peanut Power Plus with extra peanut butter from Smoothie King - something Michael quickly learned from the beginning of their relationship. Michael's favorite treat (obsession?) is Nachomama's beef burrito--something AnnaGrace graciously puts up with...sometimes....kinda.

9.) Michael desperately wants to wear a beige suit to the wedding (really, just wants to tease AnnaGrace).....AnnaGrace refuses to dignify this constant request with a response.

10.) Michael visited AnnaGrace's kindergarten class and launched a model rocket outside--it was a blast! He is now affectionately known as "The Rocket Man."

11.) Michael & AnnaGrace's sister, Elizabeth, share a birthday month - January-and their special days are only 4 days apart! They call themselves "Birthday Buddies" and have requested their celebrations each year be morphed into one massive, major party!

12.) AnnaGrace, Michael, & Elizabeth went to their very first St. Louis Blues game together last January. They had a fantastic time and saw an exciting Blues' win! Ask them about the time when a puck mysteriously flew into a player's pants!

13.) Michael plays softball for Boeing, where he is an Aerospace Engineer. His commitment to the game is unmatched, and he has proudly earned himself the nickname "Crash" for his insane ability to SLIDE into FIRST base!

14.) Michael texts AnnaGrace every morning to let her know how many days there are until their wedding. She finds this incredibly sweet! That's not a surprising fact when you know that, after their first magical date, Michael went straight home and deleted his dating app. When you know, you know.....and they know! ;-)
