Welcome to our love story! We are overjoyed to have you be a part of this stage of our life. We met in the third grade. We were homeschooled together with the program Classical Conversations. We started to became true friends in seventh grade and grew closer and closer every year...
Annalise had a big crush on Lance from roughly the beginning of their freshman year to the end of their sophomore year, but he did not like her back. He said she was just too dramatic and energetic. Annalise and Lance ended up going to different schools their junior and senior year. But on October 31 2020, Annalise's family had a Bilbo Baggins' party with Bilbo's New Braunfels fans to celebrate his 111th birthday, as they do every year. At this party, Lance started liking Annalise! He even went out on a limb and braved dancing with her! Yay!! He asked her to hang out in the days following the party, but Annalise's family members kept getting Covid one after the other so Annalise was not able to see him until the 23rd of December. They went to get hot chocolate together in Gruene, and...he said he wanted to start dating!!! Of course, Annalise was over the moon! Then two years and almost 3 months later... On the frigid day of March 18, 2023, Lance took Annalise to spend the afternoon together... first they saw the Antman and the Wasp: Quantumainia movie, then they went shopping, and got food at Which Wich... THEN, Lance took Annalise to their favorite park - Torrey Park - where they went many times during their dating days. He asked Annalise to get out of the car and walk around with him for a minute. It took some convincing, since it was so cold and Annalise does NOT like to be out in the cold!!! But Lance didn't make her wait too long... they started walking and pretty shortly, Lance got down on one knee and Annalise joyfully said YES!!!

And now, as we prepare for the next chapter, we are looking forward to celebrating our wedding day with you!
