Esmee is the bride’s little sister, but don’t let the “little” part fool you—she’s sharp, determined, and absolutely not to be slept on. Growing up, these two were known to bicker over borrowed clothes (without permission, of course), but somewhere along the way, they evolved from “give it back!” to “that looks great on you!” Now, Esmee’s her sister’s go-to for fashion, travel, and even running advice!

Matthew is David's not so little brother. The two of them have been bestfriends from day one, and have maintained that relationship over the last 26 years. They are very similar in many ways but also completely their own person, David loves the warm weather and the ocean, while Matthew prefers snow, mountains, and ice.

Simone and the Anne met while running at the University of Miami. From the moment Simone showed up on her recruiting trip, she’s been the ultimate teammate and the bride’s go-to for relationship advice (especially during those long runs dissecting the early days with David). Loyal to the core, Simone even flew to Indianapolis to support David (and Anne) at an emotional Olympic Trials. And there’s the infamous Gainesville track meet—ask them about it at the wedding if you want a good story!

Dane and David met on their first day of college and have stayed very close friends ever since. They lived together for 5 years while at the University of Miami, and were eachothers biggest supporters while in school. Both were athletes and took it very seriously, from picking eachother up at midnight from a competition or waking up at 5am to take their random drug tests, the two were a great duo.

Mulloy might just be the Anne’s very first college friend—they also met while running at the University of Miami. Known for her warm personality and spot-on advice, Mulloy also earned major brownie points by helping out with chemistry homework (Anne's least favorite subject). Some of their favorite memories include sharing a good laugh with Coach Griffiths during a hard track workout and that one time they made it onto the big screen at a football game!

Brandon and David were competitors and great friends during their diving career. They were both platform divers, and spent many days on the pool deck laughing, and pushing eachother to be the best they could be. David and Brandon would have competitions between eachother during there events, and went head to head for many years. They both represented Team USA as individuals and as synchro partners, and arguably had more fun while competing than anyone else in their events.

Another gem from the University of Miami track team, Gabrielle quickly became someone Anne looked up to - being both a talented runner and fierce competitor. They spent plenty of nights in hotel rooms during travel season, piecing together the track team drama and laughing way too hard. Gabrielle’s funny, full of fire, and brings the energy wherever she goes—she’s exactly who you want in your corner (and on your dance floor).

Grayson was David's first diving friend, and they have been as close to brothers ever since. Grayson was a springboard diver while David was a platform diver, and the two of them were eachothers biggest supporter on the pool deck. Grayson and David spent many days discussing the intricacies of the sport at length, and always being by eachothers side. David has been Grayson's biggest supporter over the last 16 years and continues to support his diving career to this day.

Lily was one of Anne's college roommate at the University of Miami, where they bonded over being athletes, their love of marine life, and their mutual talent for cutting it way too close at the airport. Senior year, they were full-on partners in crime—whether it was spontaneously attending parties, trying out new restaurants, or just finding new ways to procrastinate. Sundays were reserved for Trader Joe’s runs and cooking slightly chaotic dinners together.

Jasper is David's soon to be brother in law, and the two have fostered a great friendship over the past 6 years. They have bonded over sports, fishing, traveling, and how difficult Anne can be to deal with at times. David has enjoyed showing Jasper his world of fishing, and Jasper has helped David out with the nuances of the Dutch language and culture.

Nicole, another one of the Anne’s college roommates, is proudly the wildcard of the group. A true social butterfly, Nicole could be literally anywhere in the world at any given moment—but she always finds her way back to the people she loves. From late-night mac and cheese creations to shamelessly annoying the cross country boys, to an unforgettable (and mildly chaotic) Key West adventure, Nicole brings the energy, laughter, and just the right amount of mischief to every moment.
