The brides will be hanging out here Friday evening. If you’re coming into town Friday June 28th we’d love to see you!

Cocktail / Semi-Formal

NOTE: Ceremony site ground surface not conducive for thin heels. Flats, block heels, and wedges should be fine.

Ceremony location is outside in shaded area. There may be mosquitos, consider bug spray.

Cocktail hour outside on patio, shaded and uncovered area.

Reception will be inside with A/C.

Golf cart shuttle available for transportation around venue grounds for anyone with limited mobility and/or may need assistance. Please let a staff member know when you arrive if you need assistance.

Two full sized school buses will be available for guest transportation to/from Hampton Inn and wedding venue.

Shuttle Times:


Arrives to Hotel for Pick Up: 3:15pm


Departs Hotel for Venue 3:30pm


Departs Venue for Hotel: 10 pm

There is also a large free parking lot at the venue. Parking attendant will be available for assistance.

All are welcome for casual pizza party located at the Hampton Inn event room immediately following the reception. Stay dressed up or feel free to get comfy. Brides will be changing to sweatpants!
