Flights to Ohio - We recommend you fly into CVG, Cincinnati's airport located in Kentucky. You can then take a ~20 minute uber to your hotel or Airbnb.
We have a block at 2 hotels: the Courtyard by Marriott and the Holiday Inn Express in Covington, KY. They are about 0.3 miles apart (8 minute walk). Most of our guests have already booked at the Courtyard by Marriott, so if you'd like to be around the rest of the guests, we recommend you book at the Marriott.
We are guaranteed a shuttle from the Marriott to the venue. Since we haven't had as many guests book at the Holiday Inn Express, I don't believe we'll have a shuttle from there, but if you stay at the Holiday Inn Express, you can walk to the Courtyard by Marriott and take the shuttle. The shuttle will run for an hour leading up to the wedding with the last trip at 5:00 and an hour leading up to the end of the wedding.

The guest simply needs to input the exact stay dates (if different than what automatically populates) and select the desired room type. They will then follow the prompts from there to confirm a reservation. Guests may also call us at 859.581.7800 to make a reservation. Select option “0” to speak with an associate on property. Mention the block name “Devaney Roy” to ensure you receive the discount. There is also a reservations option (option 1), however, this takes the caller offsite to a call center. We recommend booking directly with one of our associates because they can answer property specific questions.
