Which airport should we fly into?
Your best flight options will be the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) or Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Both are about equal distances from the hotel and venue.
Would you suggest a rental car?
There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area, but many of the beach towns are somewhat spread out, and a rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing to nearby sites and beaches. This is also something to book well in advance if you use a rental car.
