Take a few hours to explore Magazine Street lined with unique achitecture and blocks filled with restaurants, speciality boutiques and shops with everything you forgot you needed, but can't live without.
Ride the historic streetcar for an unforgettable trip past the historic Garden District and onwards to Uptown taking you past achitecture which spans the history of the city and gives you a taste of some of the featured neighborhoods. Make sure to stop at Audubon Park to view the historic oak trees, take in the zoo or explore the Tulane University campus and surrounding area all within walking distance. A second street car line departing downtown will takes you to New Orleans City Park, one of the nation's oldest urban parks dating back to 1850 and home to the New Orleans Museum of Art and sculpture garden.
