Our story begins the week before the world shutdown in March 2020. At the time, we were both attending Charleston Southern University. While at a party, Cameron walked up to me and introduced himself. I wouldn’t say love at first sight, but we became great friends. Through the pandemic, we spent lots of time getting to know one another. By May of 2020, Cameron graduated and transferred to the University of North Florida to pursue a Master’s of Business and continue playing baseball. Less than three days after Cameron left Charleston, I realized even though he had already declared his feelings for me, I really cared for him as well. So, the three year long distance relationship began. Miles of driving with endless hours of thinking and talking allowed us to test our relationship. We spent a lot of time visiting together, spending time with our family and friends, and realized we had something very promising. Suddenly, we realized how very special our relationship had become.
Now, both of us live in West Palm Beach, Florida. Cameron works as a loan specialist at a Real Estate company. I work at St. Mary’s Medical Center as a pediatric nurse. The next phase was the most exciting moment was when Cameron called my parents and asked for my hand in marriage. He also knew that he wanted to propose to me on our upcoming trip to Rome, Italy. He couldn’t think of a more romantic place than the beautiful Giadino Degli Aranci (The Orange Garden) that overlooks the city. That early morning in Rome was romantic, memorable and incredibly beautiful. That’s why we want to share “our” Italy with you, all the ones we love. We are looking forward to October 11th, 2025 for our dream celebration and wedding. We can’t wait to share this day with you!
