The closest airport to the villa that you can fly to from Helsinki is in Florence (Florence Peretola Airport (FLR), officially known as Amerigo Vespucci Airport).

Unfortunately, there are no direct flights to Florence, but many airlines fly between Helsinki - Florence with one stopover.

The villa can be reached from Florence airport either by public transport or by car.

The distance from Florence airport to the villa is 72 kilometers and the travel time is about 3 hours by public transport and about 2 hours by car.

We warmly recommend to our guests to rent a car (for example from the airport in advance) for the entire trip, as it is the fastest and easiest way to move between the airport and the villa, as well as in the area.

As the wedding is held at a private villa there is parking available. This does however mean the space is limited so where possible it would be helpful to travel in groups.

You can also take a taxi from the airport to the villa or book that in advance, but this might be an expensive way to travel.

If you prefer to use public transport:

There is a tram (line T2) from Florence airport to Florence train station (Santa Maria Novella) and the travel time is about 20 minutes.

From Florence train station you can take a train to Arezzo train station and the travel time is about 1-1.5 hours.

From Arezzo train station you can take a bus to the center of Sansepolcro and the travel time is about 1 hour.

Unfortunately, there is no public transport from the center of Sansepolcro to the villa, so you can take a taxi and head to the villa. Travel time is about 10 minutes.
