Please arrive with enough time to drop your shared dish off at the reception space, walk (10 mins) or ride from parking to the ceremony space, and get a seat. The shuttle will stop at 5:50p. Ceremony will begin at 6:00p. It is recommended that you arrive between 5:15 and 5:30p.

Please stop at the dining hall on your way to the ceremony location, and drop your dish off on the food table. Look for the arrow labeled "reception" or ask the golf cart driver to take you to the reception area.

There will be a hired photographer at the wedding ceremony. Please keep your phones silenced & away. Phones are welcomed for pictures at the reception, but NOT at the ceremony!

This is an indoor/outdoor wedding. In the case that rain is forecasted, there will be tents set up outdoors for shelter. Please also prepare with a rain jacket, proper shoes, and umbrellas.
