The Mayo Hotel will be providing valet parking for the first 100 cars. Downtown Tulsa also provides free street parking if preferred.

Yes! We will be serving a meal for all our guests following the ceremony and cocktail hour. Come hungry and ready to party!

Yes! We have hotel room blocks at both The Mayo and Aloft Downtown. Please head over to our travel tab on our website and click the links provided to reserve your room.

We kindly ask that you only bring those indicated on your RSVP. There will be limited food and seating reserved for confirmed guests only.

Our ceremony will be held on the first level of The Mayo Hotel. There will be signs and people to guide our guests to their seats. Once the ceremony has started we will not be allowing guests to sneak into the aisle. We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:55 p.m.
