Shuttle buses will be provided for transportation from the two hotel blocks to the venue (and back). Alternatively, you are welcome to drive to the venue, which has ample parking. We will not be able to accommodate transportation from independently booked hotels or Airbnbs, but Lyfts and Ubers should be available.

The shuttle will pick up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:05 pm. Please plan to be ready outside 5-10 minutes early. The shuttle will pick up guests from the Hampton Inn at 4:15 pm. Please plan to be ready outside 5-10 minutes early. The first evening shuttle will take guests back to both hotels at 10pm. The second and final return shuttle will leave the venue at 11pm.

Depending on your travel plans, you may opt to fly into Portland International Jetport (PWM) or Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). PWM is 47 miles from the venue and BOS is 147 miles. **Please take care not to book to Portland International Airport (PDX), which is Portland Oregon's airport.**

Though we love kids, we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration.

Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The outdoor space is grassy, so you may opt for block heels, wedges, flats, or loafers in lieu of stilettos. The dinner and dancing will take place inside the barn.

Food will be served buffet style. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options will be available. Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP!
