The night that AK and Noah met for the first time at Denver Downs in the fall of their freshman year... and a picture to prove it!

The two of them became great friends as the year went on... ;)

By the end of freshman year, Noah and AK's friendship continued to grow (and so did Noah's feelings). Noah took AK to a Braves baseball game at the beginning of the summer. He swears that he knew that she liked him then, but she wasn't so sure yet...

She finally said yes (to being Noah's girlfriend)!

Sophomore year was full of fun and falling in love as Noah and AK grew as a couple. The summer after would be a good test for their relationship- they would spend a majority of the summer apart as AK was traveling and Noah stayed at home to cut grass (and save up for the ring that he knew that he was going to buy her one day...).

Noah and AK made it through the summer and were so thankful to be back together. They got to spend some time taking pictures with AK's cousin Julia (the one and only Julia Elise Co.). Little did they know that she would offer to photograph their engagement and wedding photos one day... what a sweet gift and full circle moment!!

Junior year was a whirlwind. AK and Noah learned how to support, encourage, and lean on each other through difficult seasons, especially as AK was rehabbing from an ACL injury in the fall and the world entered into a global pandemic in the spring. They learned to appreciate the ordinary and to not take things for granted...

So they entered into senior year with high hopes for what was to come! They were thankful to be able to go back to AU and finish their last year of college strong.

AK and Noah spent their senior year RUNNING THE RACE. They are so thankful to have been able to give everything they had to love the people around them.

As the spring of senior year came to a close, so did AUWS. This picture is one of AK's favorites because of how much this moment meant to her. Noah has always been AK's biggest fan, and even though her soccer career is over now, he still cheers her on every day.

AK and Noah graduated from AU undergrad and prepared to take on AU DPT together!

The first year of PT school brought so many fun things to celebrate and so many opportunities for growth. It's hard to put into words the blessing that PT school was for the both of them and their relationship. They are better because of it and because of the people around them during that time.

The second year of PT school continued to challenge them as they prepared for their future. They made incredible friends and got to take incredible trips. Oh the stories they could tell...

The third year of PT school solidified what AK and Noah already knew to be true: The Lord has opened up so many doors for them to participate in the work that He is already doing, and they are so thankful for the opportunity to know and serve Him. He is faithful!!

The moment finally came! She finally got to say yes (to being Noah's WIFE)!

In the months following engagement, Noah and AK worked to finish up school, invest in friendships, engage in fellowship, and prepare for marriage. There is a lot of work to be done, as they are two sinners learning what it means to come together in covenant before the Lord. But by His grace and mercy, they have come to know Him and each other better throughout this time. Thank you Jesus.

December 15th marked the end of a special season in Noah and AK's life. They continue to learn what it means to wait and trust and rely on the Lord while running the race together.

As 2023 comes to a close, AK and Noah look forward to 2024 and all the newness, joy, goodness, and gladness it will bring. They are so excited to celebrate their marriage with you and to begin their life together!!!
