When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place on Sunday May 25th, 2025 at The Guild located at 1621 Locust St. Kansas City, MO. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, with a cocktail hour and reception to follow immediately after.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, please RSVP by April 25th, 2025 so we can make sure to have enough food and drinks for everyone. You can RSVP directly on this website via the RSVP tab!

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, we would be delighted for you to bring them. If you're unsure whether you're invited with a guest, their name or "Guest" will be listed upon searching for your party when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love all the amazing kiddos in our lives, we have decided to keep our celebration an adult-only event, with the exception of children in the immediate family, our wedding party, and those attending from out of town. We hope you understand and are able to join us for this special day!

Is there a hotel block available for out-of-town guests?

Yes! We have reserved a limited block of rooms at the Hampton Inn - Downtown KC Crossroads. Visit the "Accommodations" tab on this website to book a room using our discounted room rate!

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We encourage guests to wear elegant yet comfortable outfits that are perfect for an evening of celebration. Think smart and stylish—dresses, suits, and dressy separates are all great choices. We can’t wait to see how you all shine on our special day!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! The Guild has three private lots available as well as ample street parking. There will be signage directing guests to the private lots on the day of the event. Overnight parking not recommended. Venue not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items or vehicles. All lots available all day - see striped spaces on diagram below actual spaces.

What time should I plan to arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, with a cocktail hour and reception to immediately follow, around 5:30pm. We encourage guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time to park and be seated. We can't wait to see you!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held in the outdoor courtyard located at The Guild. In the event of rain or excessive heat, the ceremony will be moved indoors at the same location. The reception will be held indoors.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’ve hired a professional photographer and ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure they capture every special moment. However, feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception, including in the photobooth!

Where is the couple registered?

You can view our wedding gift registry by visiting the Registry tab of this website! We’ve selected a few items that we would love to have for our home, but we are also grateful for any contributions to our honeymoon or home improvement fund!
