Nick and Annie met in the fall of 2013, probably at a house show, while attending Loyola University New Orleans. Their friendship endured what the kids now call a “situationship,” and they rekindled their love a few years later at, shockingly, another house show. Nick loves Annie’s singular sense of humor and fearlessness. Annie loves Nick’s endless talent and creativity and his commitment to keeping the dishes done. They love the life they’ve built in New Orleans and have endless gratitude for their friends, family, and their sweet cat, Goo.

Our favorite nicer restaurant! We love the squid ink spaghetti, arancini and any seasonal crudo. They accept reservations a month in advance.

Take the streetcar and hop off on St. Charles across from Loyola University (where we met)! Great walking paths, benches for sitting and bird/people watching.

A classic New Orleans Jazz experience in the French Quarter!

Preservation Hall

This was our go to dive bar in college and is within walking distance from our wedding venue. Voted #1 dive bar in Louisiana. It's quality remains fuzzy in our memories!
