Activities are planned for Friday - Sunday but the room block (at discounted rates) are available both the week before and after the wedding if you would like to extend your stay.

Burlington (BTV)! Basin Harbor is located approximately 45 minutes south of Burlington. Shuttles are available through the resort (please inquire at the time of booking). If you're flying in and plan to explore Vermont beyond Basin Harbor, Avis, Enterprise and Hertz all operate out of BTV. Otherwise, there is no need for a car, and a taxi service from BTV to Basin Harbor would suffice.

While we love your little ones, the wedding ceremony and reception will be adult only events. We do welcome you to bring your children for the wedding weekend to enjoy the resort and can assist with coordinating child care during the reception.

Yes! All cottages are pet friendly and Basin Harbor has dog walkers and sitters available to book through the concierge.

Yes, and golf carts are available to rent for those who need or would like assistance around the property. If you are in need of an accessible room or a personal golf cart, please specify this at the time of room booking. Otherwise, all wedding events, lodging and activities are within walking distance.
