We feel we should point out that this isn't your typical wedding or reception. We won't be doing a ceremony, a first dance, cake cutting and the like, but we do plan on having great food, good music, lawn games, and an open bar. With that in mind, please don't feel the need to get uncomfortably dressed up or to bring or send a wedding gift, we're just happy you're choosing to join us.

Barbecue Chic--honestly, what does that even mean?

Wear whatever you're most comfortable in so long as you don't find solace in booty-shorts or bro tanks. Ladies, heads up that the patio of the restaurant is half paved and half gravel; choose your shoes accordingly.

We chose Wood Shop BBQ because it is centrally located and an Uber ride away from most areas of Seattle.

However, should you choose to drive, parking is easy to find close to the restaurant, though please be careful as some of it is zoned.

While we'd love to celebrate with the whole family, this is an adult only occasion.
