For guests staying at other hotels, we recommend parking in the 500 Pearl ramp or using a rideshare service like Uber for added convenience.

Yes, the venue offers a paid parking ramp for your convenience.

We’ve reserved room blocks at two convenient hotels for our guests. The Aloft Buffalo Downtown and The Westin Buffalo. Please refer to the Travel section of our website for booking information and the reservation link.

Yes! The ceremony will take place upstairs in the Fuhrmann Room, followed by the reception downstairs in the Forbes Theater. Please enter through 500 Pearl. Signs and staff will be available to guide you to each location.

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow plenty of time to navigate the venue, find the appropriate room, park, and get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.
