WEDDING DAY:

~ Please arrive no later than 2:45.

~ Remember to account for heavy traffic on a busy Friday.

~ If you are driving or taking an Uber/Lyft, please consider old fashion carpooling!

~ DRIVING & PARKING ~ Right side street parking as you traverse down S. Winchester Road. A 12-passenger shuttle van will be available starting @ 2:15 to shuttle you from your car to the ceremony.

~ UBER/LYFT ~ Please be dropped off at the last parked car. A 12-passenger shuttle van will be available starting @ 2:15 to shuttle you from your drop off site to the ceremony.

~ HOTEL SHUTTLE FROM SONESTA HOTEL ~ If staying at the Sonesta Hotel or a hotel near the Sonesta, two 28 passenger shuttles will be available @ 1:30 and 2:30 sharp. Shuttles are first come first serve. Please, consider taking the early shuttle. Shuttle service is limited due to driving time constraints.

~ SHUTTLE SERVICE ~ Available all evening to take guests back to the Sonesta and cars.

Once at the ceremony, enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of the Severn River with refreshments and music!

FIELD DAY:

~ DRIVING & PARKING ~ Right side street parking as you traverse down S. Winchester Road. Please, do not park in our driveway or any of the neighbors’ driveways.

~ UBER/LYFT ~ Guest drop off across the street from 103 S. Winchester Road (white mailbox). There is a space for the Uber to turnaround (this Uber/Lyft turnaround is only available on Saturday).

~ ACCESSIBLE DROP OFF ~ Shuttles will not be available on field day. Guests needing assistance can be dropped off and picked up in the driveway at 129 S. Winchester Rd.
