Ranch Car or Tent Camping

For those of you who are feeling adventurous, there is a group camp in the middle of a large pasture on the ranch. Porta potties, cold water, shade sails, seating, and a large fire pit are located at the group camp. If you are interested in camping, please add your name to this spreadsheet and we will send details as the date gets closer.

There are rentals in the Springville area. Porterville is further away, but also has rentals. Start here and change dates as you see fit.

Holiday Inn - Porterville

We’ve reserved two blocks of 10 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Porterville (25 min drive). This is what we have found to be the most reasonable hotel option and includes a discounted rate. Use the following links to reserve a room:

Note: Once you click on a link, it will open up to the booking portal. All you have to do from there is click the big white VIEW PRICES button at the top right of the screen, select the dates of your stay and it will populate the rooms at the hotel with the group discount. This block and rate expire SEPTEMBER 12, 2025. After this date the rooms left go back into the hotel inventory and the discount is no longer available. You can still book rooms, just not at the discounted rate.
