Near the venue:
Snoqualmie falls (must do, drive up basically near the venue)
Snoqualmie point park (drive up park nearby)
There are some loops near the venue for walking

Hard- Rattlesnake ledge trail (5.5 mile, 1500ft elevation)
Moderate- Twin falls trail (2.6 miles, 500ft elevation)
Moderate/easy- Franklin falls (2 miles, 400 ft)

Short trip from Seattle:
Ferry to Bainbridge island (walk on is cheaper)


Mount Rainier:
-Closest town is Ashford to sleep or Packwood. Do some research on what you want to do around there and book hotel sooner because it gets very busy!)
-stop at Paradise (Henry M Jackson Visitor center)
-Skyline trail moderate (6 miles, 1,700 ft elevation)
-Myrtle falls viewpoint (MUST!!) Easy, 1 mile (it is off of the skyline trail so can keep going if you want)
-Reflection lake trail or view point
Other side of Mount rainier:
-TISPOO LAKE (MUST!!) viewpoint or a short walk around the lake. Best spot for sunsets
-Naches peak loop moderate, (3.5 miles BEST for wildflowers, August is peak season!)


North of venue:
Deception pass (huge bridge) short walks around here
Ferry out to San Juan islands and explore


North cascades: (a bit far and not many places to stay nearby but worth it if you have extra time)
-Diablo lookout, thunder knob hike, moderate (3 miles)
-Maple pass loop Hard ( 6 miles, 2,600 ft elevation)
-Rainy lake (2 miles, flat)
