We met at Berry College during the Berry Singers retreat in the fall of 2021. Ben, mostly out of confusion, could not help but go talk with the girl who said she showed hogs. From there we became friends sharing choir and a few classes. Then, Ben got sent to quarantine because of exposure to COVID. During this quarantine, Annlyn noticed that she strangely missed him being in class. From there we continued to become closer friends, and eventually, after a skate night, several concerts, Marthapalooza, and a choir trip to GMEA, we started dating in February of 2022. Our first "date" was to a bowling alley when our two friends both cancelled leaving us to our own lane. After bowling, we got cook out milk shakes and stayed up talking until 2:00 am. Our most memorable date was on our one year anniversary when we went to Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls. The rest is history from there. Two and a half years later, we got engaged on Mountain Day at Possum Trot, our favorite spot on campus. We now eagerly await our wedding on June 28, 2025.
