Yes! We have a hotel block at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago- Arlington Heights (available from Thursday 5/22/25 through Monday 5/26/25). Refer to the Hotel Accommodations section and click website to book your stay. Please note: All hotel bookings must be made by 4/30/25 to receive the discounted rate.

Although the wedding ceremony will start promptly at 1:00 PM, please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to ensure you're seated before the doors close. We thank you in advance!

Yes! There is ample parking onsite at both the Wedding Ceremony and Reception venues.

The reception will consist of American cuisine including hors d'oeuvres passed at Cocktail Hour followed by a sit-down dinner with choice of entree. Please indicate your meal preference when you RSVP (chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian or children's meal). *Please make sure to note of any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate!

All guest names will be clearly listed on the invitation including plus-ones and children. We unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any additional guests.

We do not have a registry and kindly request no boxed gifts. We look forward to seeing you all on our special day!
