At the ceremony there is a lot next to the building and someone should be there to tell you if the lot is full. If the lot is full there is another parking lot across the street it will all be free but it is shown as student parking. You won’t be towed.

There is parking at the reception in the gardens. You will just find an open spot and park. The gardens will still be open to the public.

Once at the gardens you will go into the building and there are two rooms but are for our wedding but the bigger one is where the reception will be across the hall will be a kitchen area where the food will be.

Yes, please do. It is open for you to enjoy all of the garden. It is big and you might want to have a pair or extra shoes if you plan to look at the whole garden.
