When do we have to RSVP by?

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
2:45 PM
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire, evening dresses and suits encouraged.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place inside or outside?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors weather permitting, and the reception will be in a large outdoor sail-tent.
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Trolley's will be taking guests from the hotel to the wedding venue.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is a parking lot for guests to park in at the venue.
Will there be at hotel with a room block to book our stay for out of town guest?
Yes, the hotel room block link is on the travel tab of our website.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We do not want hands and arms getting in the way of the professional pictures that will be taken.
