We first met through mutual friends. Looking back, there were plenty of times we could have crossed paths earlier, but it seems like life was waiting for the perfect moment. From the beginning, we connected over our love of sports and so many little things in common. Some of our earliest memories together are Anthony cheering Katie on at her softball games, walks that lasted for hours, ice cream dates, and countless nights around the fire with friends. We quickly realized we had found something special, and on June 10, 2018, we made it official.

Since then, our journey has been full of both joys and challenges. We’ve stood by each other through the ups and downs of the pandemic, said goodbye to loved ones and pets, and celebrated milestones together. Through it all, we’ve been each other’s biggest supporters and strongest teammates.

On June 7, 2025, Anthony proposed at The Gurnet, the same place where Katie’s parents got engaged almost 24 years earlier. The proposal was made even sweeter with a beautiful ring passed down from Anthony’s grandmother.

Now, after seven years full of love, laughter, and adventure, we’re so excited to finally tie the knot. Even better, our wedding day—May 16—happens to be Anthony’s parents’ anniversary, making it all the more special. We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite people and kick off this next chapter together!
