Our Wedding

Anthony and Rylin first met at church in August of 2022. Rylin saw Anthony from across the room and was instantly smitten. They had a brief conversation after church, and that was the end of their interactions until November. They were both FHE parents of different groups, and Anthony’s FHE partner reached out to Rylin about combining for a joint Friendsgiving. After that, Rylin and Anthony kept combining FHE activities and became fast friends. After winter break, Rylin wanted to ensure they kept hanging out, so she and her roommates made plans to invite Anthony and his roommates over frequently. This included many movie nights and an 80s-themed party. Eventually, Anthony asked Rylin out on a date, much to her shock and excitement. Their date included a concert in a thrift store, a sweet treat, and the worst movie they had ever seen. But they both had enough fun that they wanted to keep going out. Their second date was at the Springville Art Museum where they held hands for the first time, and later at Rylin’s apartment where Anthony kissed Rylin for the first time. Anthony asked Rylin to officially be his girlfriend in February, and the two said “I love you” for the first time in March. After that, they were pretty much inseparable. They shared a lot of adventures together in the months after. They enjoyed meeting each other’s families, going on trips together, and getting to know each other better every day. They got engaged in September with the sweetest surprise. Anthony planned a date and told Rylin to dress for something fancy, but had his roommate pick her up and chauffeur her to the Springville Art Museum, where he proposed in the gardens. Rylin had no clue. They have thoroughly enjoyed wedding planning and making the most of their time together as an engaged couple. They are so excited for you to join them on May 11!
