It was our two year anniversary, August 26th 2023, and I (Anthony) had planned a very special gift. I took two of my closest friends, Jill and Melissa, along with Nick’s mom, Stacey, to the jeweler a few months before the anniversary to create the perfect engagement ring for the perfect man I was lucky enough to call my partner. We are some very impatient people when it comes to gifts, so keeping this from him for months was so hard, but I was proud of myself! I had him close his eyes, grabbed his “gift”, got down on one knee, told him to open his eyes, and, well, you know how the rest went 💖
