The ceremony will be held at the Humphrey Ranch outside of Eastend on the 614 GRID. Allow 30 minutes to get to ceremony site. Be there for 1:30 if possible! Copy and paste address into google maps! https://maps.app.goo.gl/tNpyZshuvjhyuQXZA?g_st=ic

Ceremony will begin at 2:00pm, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat! Please try to carpool to reduce traffic in the area, small cars will likely struggle to get out to the location. Also highly recommended to use bathroom prior to coming to ceremony! Speeches will begin at 7:00pm so please be in the hall at least 15 minutes before speeches commence. The doors for the hall will open at 6:30pm!

We're getting married on the country side so please feel free to wear your nicest jeans! Formal/casual is just fine with us!

If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family!

We are trying to keep the bar at a good price for those drinking, so we will be doing drinks at $4.00.

Please note we are having a small intimate supper. We have provided ampule amount of time between ceremony and reception to make sure guests have time to have supper. If you are wanting to eat in Eastend or Shaunavon, we do recommend reserving a table and all good suggestions are outlined in the FOOD + ACTIVITIES section of our wedding website!

Although our ceremony is outside, we ask that pets of all shapes and sizes do not attend the wedding. There is lots of wildlife that could potentially be around the ceremony, so we don’t want barking or run aways for our ceremony. We thank you in advance for choosing other accommodations for your pets during our wedding day!

We will have a DD service for guests! There will be scheduled trips to Shaunavon throughout the night so please plan accordingly by leaving extra vehicles at your accommodations and pick a time to head home according to the van's trip schedule! We DO NOT want you to drive home after having drinks and PLEASE tip your driver!

Please put away your phones during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. (There's no service there anyways!) We have hired professionals for our ceremony BUT please feel free to capture the rest of the day from ceremony on!
