After a busy day of school, Maddie stopped by Starbucks and was behind Anthony to buy her daily latte before starting to study. She noticed Anthony had a huge stack of Starbucks gift cards and asked if he knew that he could combine all of the gift cards together on the Starbucks app for convenience. Anthony asked Maddie if she could sit down and show him how to use the app, and the rest is history!

How We Met 

It was freezing cold outside and we went out to watch the fireworks at the Polynesian resort. After the fireworks, we walked over to the Grand Floridian for some mojitos and on the way we heard some beautiful music playing. Anthony grabbed my hand and asked me to dance! We danced in the freezing cold but my heart was at its warmest as I realized this was the person for my soul

Two Mojitos & a Heart Full of Love 

The first mini golf date was one for the books. It was an interesting course, with each hole having a certain task that had to be performed like a trick shot, left handed shot, or one in particular that Maddie and I will remember for the rest of our lives! She had to use the “wee wee” putter, which was a 2-foot long putter, and we laughed so hard for the first time together and had a blast. It was really cold, and on the way back home we got stopped by a red light, and we had a “snotty” kiss. Yeah you heard that right, I was really congested and think I had a cold, and some snot got on Maddie during the kiss! We laughed it off, and I knew right then I loved her. It was really special and she makes me feel happy!

Growing up, my favorite meal from home was Mom’s Paprika Chicken. When I went to college, I tried several times to make it like Mom but couldn’t figure it out. When Anthony and I had COVID in April 2021, on my birthday he reached out to my mom and asked her how she makes paprika chicken. Somehow he managed to pull it off perfectly, just like mom’s, and now he makes it sometimes to surprise me when I’ve had a stressful day or just because. Anthony taught me that sometimes love is a ring, a fancy date night, or a very competitive minigolf game. Sometimes love is paprika chicken!

It was&nbsp;Wednesday, June 30th, 2021. Maddie and I started off the day going to Keke's and she had no idea what was going to happen. Me on the other hand... Nervous and hoping I don't screw this up. Breakfast was great and we headed to Animal Kingdom. I stalled for as long as I could to make sure the photographers were ready for our big moment. We went on to Dinoland USA, Maddie's old camping grounds, and we decided to play some games. Luckily for me, one of her old coworkers stopped her and talked to her. I was ready, but super nervous now. We played the water game and she barely beat me. I was supposed to win!!!! Anyways she won, chose her prize, a Minnie Mouse, and I took her by the hand and proposed. It was so awesome and I couldn't stop smiling. The rest of the day was phenomenal. We were so happy and excited. Can't wait to marry her!!

Maddie’s sister, Emily, has been the bride’s friend for the longest! Emily is a graduate of Liberty University and is the mother of our niece, Sadie.

Hannah and Maddie met working on Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Since then, they have become the best of friends! Hannah is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and currently works for Marriott.

Kylie Jo and Maddie met and instantly became besties blowing bubbles in Dinoland, USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Kylie Jo is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and is currently a teacher and track coach.

Michael was Maddie’s first friend working at Disney and the 2 instantly bonded over their natural optimism & positivity. Michael is a graduate of the University of Georgia and loves her favorite team, the Georgia Bulldogs!

Fanny & Maddie met during a group project in one of Professor Deb’s classes at Rosen. Since then, they motivated each other to be successful both in life and their collegian careers! Fanny is a Rosen College graduate from Toulouse, France and a team leader at Universal Orlando Resort.

Kristen trained Maddie in Dinoland & the two hit it off from there! Kristen is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and currently works as a Concierge at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club.

The stars aligned in 2017 when Maddie and Sav met on Facebook the semester before their Disney College Program. Savannah studies Creative Writing and Film at UCF and aspires to be in the 6th Scream movie!

Matt is Anthony’s little brother & the best man. Matt is currently studying Sports Management and hopes to pursue a career in Sports Marketing!

Justin, or JustiBear, is the bride’s baby brother. He’s currently in middle school and enjoys playing the drums in his free time. When Justi grows up he wants to be a Tank Commander!

Caleb is the bride’s little brother. He’s currently in high school and enjoys being a part of the Drumline. When Caleb grows up, he wants to be an engineer!

Roberto & Anthony met in 6th grade and became great pals! Roberto is a graduate of UCF and currently works as a fund accountant where he puts the fun in accounting! Roberto takes pride in being level 257 on Fortnite and being Anthony's Universal Studios buddy!

Anthony and Kyler became friends around 7th grade. They rode the bus home from middle and high school together and always talked about football and basketball, especially the Boston Celtics because that's Kyler's favorite team. Kyler currently lives in Knoxville and visits each summer!

Juan is one of Anthony's best friend's. They met in 5th grade as neighbors, went to middle and high school together and have many memories growing up.  Basketball at Juan's basketball hoop was a routine Anthony says!

Anthony & Khalid played baseball together at Longwood Babe Ruth. They’re great Xbox pals, and they took many engineering classes together at UCF.  Anytime Anthony needs a partner to go watch a UCF football game, he knows to hit Khalid up!

Wedding Ceremony at Disney's Wedding Pavilion

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30AM at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. Please plan to arrive by 9AM as no late guests will be allowed inside the venue. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for Orlando traffic!!

Reception at California Grill

Our reception will be at the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort immediately following the ceremony. Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Wear your dancing shoes!

Dessert Party

The evening of our wedding day, we will be having a small dessert and fireworks party. If you’re interested in attending, please reach out to us by August 18th!
