Please turn off your cell phones during the wedding ceremony, we want to ensure you are present. This will be a smoke free evening. Please let someone in the bridal party know if you need a safe ride home, we love everyone dearly and want to remember this day favorably.

Please include all dietary restrictions when you RSVP on our website (i.e. vegetarian, gluten allergy, peanut allergy, etc.)

Yes there is plenty of parking at Eagle Brook Country Club! Please also feel free to utilize the shuttle if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Hotel- St. Charles

Guests should arrive to Eagle Brook between 5-5:25pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. If it is raining then the ceremony will be moved into the ballroom. Cocktail hour and the wedding reception will be inside with the option of utilizing the patio.

The reception will conclude at 12am. Please plan on partying until midnight with us!
