Our story starts back in high school, where Bishop Ahr and St. Joe's shared the same bus. Erin, obviously the popular one sat in the back and approximately 20 rows in front was Anthony not really interacting with the girls, just happy he made it through the day. Since destiny knew it wasn't our time and since Anthony likes to take it slow, we didn't really talk for the next 16 years. Anthony and Erin crossed paths again at an Autocad tutoring session at her best friends home, but little did we know that this still wasn't "our time". Destiny, which some like to call fate, was finally taken into our family and friends hands years after our last encounter and we were set up on a "blind" date at a small Latin restaurant in Metuchen.

Since that night when Erin let Anthony eat part of her tapas and ate none of his, it was a match that was made to be forever. Every date after that, talking for hours, and eating delicious food had made us feel like we have known each other since high school. So as the sun was setting on a beach in Hilton Head, SC, Anthony's proposed to Erin. After traveling all over the coast, discovering our love for adventure and shared interests, our mini golf battles, more waterfalls than we both knew existed and countless Hallmark Movies we are ready to take on our next BIG adventure.
