Danny and Antonia first met when they were just 7 years old, just two kids during recess, but Danny will tell you he had a crush on Antonia all the way back then. As years went on, they ended up at different schools until their senior year when Antonia transferred to Morton West. Danny recalls seeing Antonia in the hallway and feeling the same way he did when they were younger, but they just always seemed to miss each other, never quite getting the opportunity to connect.

Fast forward several more years. They ended up friends on social media, and after several comedic interactions, peaking around the time of Harambe (RIP), Antonia took the leap of faith and invited Danny over for her birthday party. They quickly realized they shared a profound love for animals, concerts, board games, laughing, and being in each other’s company. A very short time after that first hangout, Danny and Antonia were inseparable. They weren’t just a couple, but rather, more like two halves that came together at last, their love for each other never wavering. They feel as though being together is just the most obviously right thing either of them have ever decided.

After some years together, Danny and Antonia finally got their chance to move in together. Shortly after Antonia moved in, Danny realized that all his boxes had been checked and he was ready to buy her that special ring of her dreams. 🎶Don’t be suspicious, don’t be suspicious.🎶

Now all Danny needed was the perfect date to propose. That’s when a movie quote entered his brain: “Describe your perfect date.” “I’d have to say April 25th, because it’s not too hot, not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.” That was that, the date was set. Danny wanted to pick a meaningful spot to ask the big question, so it was extra convenient that they already had plans to go visit her dad that morning at the old family home on Flournoy Street. Antonia could not wait to say, “yes!” when Danny finally asked, “Will you marry me?”.

Fast forward another two years and they are thrilled to be here today, about to celebrate their marriage with you. The love they have for each other is stronger than ever. Their life together is filled with joy, companionship, and all the little moments that make their bond so special. They now live in that family home on Flournoy Street where Danny proposed, have a beautiful collection of plants, and are raising their beloved pets together: Chewie, Archie, Ravioli, Lily, Leo, Craig, and Torty. As they start this new chapter, they are grateful for the loved ones surrounding them and look forward to many more adventures as a married couple.
