In the midst of the scary first Covid-19 lockdown we started 'video dating' every night. Multiple attempts were made to meet irl but alas it was illegal to make the treacherous journey from Moray to Aberdeen.

Finally Covid restrictions were lifted slightly and we were permitted an outdoor walk on the beach date. Luckily we seemed to like each other in real life too. As you may be able to tell by looking at Stuart here, trips to the hairdresser were still forbidden.

Our first little "staycation" at a glamping pod in Drumnadrochit after Covid restrictions were lifted further and overnight stays away were allowed. We are excited to spend our wedding weekend staying in a glamping pod similar to this one!

A romantic holiday to the Isle of Skye with a sunrise hike up the Quiraing. At the top, everything fell into place and Stuart discovered he had been offered a position as a trainee MHI in Aberdeenshire.

We made the move to Ellon and into our first flat together at Castle Court.

By October 2021 Stuart was fully qualified as an MHI with FSS. Antonia was finished her teaching degree and working through her NQT year at Peterhead Academy. To celebrate we took our first foreign holiday together to Croatia with a day trip to Bosnia.

In June 2022 we bought our first house together and moved into our current home, just across the road from our flat. Luckily if we ever miss Castle Court we just have to look out the window. Please note, after a lot of work our front garden now looks slightly less like a wilderness!

At the end of May 2023, baby Runa came to stay making us a family of 3. It wasn't long before our 'no dogs on the bed rule' turned into her cuddling into us every night and our weekends are now spent playing fetch at the beach.

On holiday in Skopelos, where Antonia's favourite film 'Mamma Mia' was filmed, Stuart gets down on one knee and Antonia says "I do, I do, I do, I do, I do, I do...".

Newly engaged, we visit good friends in Atlanta, Georgia. One of Antonia's favourite trips to date.

Another first for us both - our first visit to Asia took us to Hong Kong in April 2024.
